For a mafia film about one of it's biggest names in history, there is a distinct lack of violence or for that matter anything substantive. Lorraine Bracco tears up the screen in a feisty performance as Diane Giacalone, the New York Assistant Attorney who gets on the case of the Mafia thug, John Gotti.
