In about… THE FOOD & DRINK I like salty food but this was way too salty. Drinks: wine is highly priced and whilst an endless menu of choice, the Italian whites which I favour was a very small offering and not a Gavi in sight.

Everyone enjoyed their mains...but I was crest fallen....No au poivre...and the steak was really full of gristle...I eat charred rare (Pittsburgh) regularly at great steakhouses and this was gristle...through and through. However, even being Christmas- the staff and food was everything we expected from this first class restaurant ! The meal arrived...great sides ...wonderful South African Pinotage... It was a great use of space! The design captures the rustic look of an old world farmhouse with end-grain wood floors, weathered barn board, steel, Italian mosaics, and chandeliers made from old wine barrels.

The concierge at our hotel made reservations for us at Mooo. Top shelf liquor of all brands and outstanding cuts of steak....what more can you ask for... between the 3 of us...we had the Creekstone Dry Aged Ribeye, the 22 oz Delmonico, and the Pepper Crusted Prime Sirloin....the Waygu Beef Dumplings were amazing and the Bone Marrow was outstanding.

Really wasn’t something enjoyable to eat and I left it. I personally love any reason to get a bit fancy, and you can definitely do that here at this beautiful restaurant! Really was far too under cooked.
